Terms and Conditions of Supply of 4lab GmbH 
 
Validity of the Terms and Conditions 

1. Deliveries, services and quotes of 4lab GmbH (4lab) are based exclusively on these Terms and

and Conditions of Supply. These terms and conditions shall also apply to any and all future business relationships,

even if not expressly agreed again. Confirmations by the purchaser to the contrary making reference to its own terms

and conditions of business or purchase are hereby expressly rejected by 4lab.


2. Deviations from these Terms and Conditions of Supply shall be effective only if confirmed by 4lab in writing.
 

3. In Germany, solely the current version of the standard VDMA terms and conditions for the supply of machinery 

within Germany recommended by the German Engineering Federation (Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau e.V.) 

as amended, shall apply to the contractual relationship, and we will be glad to send these upon request.


4. For exports, the General Conditions for the Supply of Plant and Machinery for Export of the United Nations Economic 

Commission for Europe (LW 188), as amended, shall apply with the exception of clause 13thereof. The contract and the 

legal relationships of the contracting parties are subject in their entirety to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, 

with the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) expressly excluded.

The place of performance and the sole place jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered 

office of 4lab in Weissenhorn, Germany, unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation. We will be glad to 

send you LW 188 upon request.


Resale of the Supplied Item

In the event of a resale of the supplied item, the purchaser will inform the buyer in question of the requirement 

to review and observe the respectively applicable product and country-specific safety regulations. The purchaser 

shall hold 4lab harmless from all claims arising from non-compliance with this obligation on inform.
